WCC volleyball loses at home to Shoreline

The Whatcom Community College volleyball team lost at home Wednesday, Oct. 31, to Shoreline Community College 19-25, 25-20, 25-21, 21-25, 15-11.

Kathryn Bailey had 14 kills and four digs, Alicia Ford had 18 kills and 11 digs, Brittney De Jager added 38 assists and 19 digs and Jessie Taubenheim added 18 digs.

The Orcas (8-21, 3-8), who must win their final two games to make the NWAACC Tournament, have a 7 p.m. match Friday, Nov. 2, at Skagit Valley College.
