A recent letter contains a serious factual inaccuracy about judicial candidate Deborra Garrett's financial contributors that we as coordinators for her campaign must address. The writer suggests that most of her donors are from King County.

In fact, donors to Deborra's campaign are overwhelmingly from Whatcom County. She has more than 450 donors, the vast majority of whom are local, and only eight of whom are from King County.
