Sehome boys and girls ranked No. 1 in cross country

The Sehome boys' and girls' cross country teams remain atop the Class 2A polls in the Washington state high school coaches cross country rankings released on Sunday, Oct. 28.

The Mariners are No. 1 in the 2A boys' poll followed by Squalicum at No. 2 and Bellingham at No. 3. In the 2A girls' poll, Sehome is No. 1 with Bellingham ranked No. 3.

Meridian is ranked No. 3 in the girls' 1A poll with Lynden Christian at No. 9. In the 1A boys' poll, Lynden Christian is ranked No. 3 and Meridian is No. 4.

The cross country state championships are on Saturday in Pasco.
