Lummi Island ferry out of service midday on Halloween

LUMMI ISLAND - The Whatcom Chief, the ferry to Lummi Island, is scheduled to be out of service from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, for maintenance and inspection of the approach spans that vehicles use to reach the boat.

The last run from Gooseberry Point will be 10:10 a.m. The last run from Lummi Island will be 10:20 a.m. The work is weather dependent, and the schedule may change.
