After an unbeaten fall season that culminated with a Class 2A Northwest District singles title, Sehome junior Avery West was selected the All-Northwest Conference Most Valuable Player.

The All-NWC team was selected by the league's coaches.

West went 18-0 during the regular season and added four victories in the district tournament last week, dropping only five games in the process.

Senior teammates Jason Newell and Nick Smith joined him on the first team.

Bellingham placed three players on the first team, with seniors Shane Miller, Auden Schilder and E.J. Troutman.

Burlington-Edison senior Nick Granberg and Anacortes junior Jared Wigen rounded out the first team.

Making the second team were Lynden's Toby Dalla Santa, Luke Reardon and Jay Roper, Sehome's Brady Anderson, Andrew Bruce and Johan Lahud-Zahner and Squalicum's Aaron Morris.
