Braden Quinn Peterson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Colleen Ione Nutter, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for two counts of shoplifting.

Twyla Jean Collins, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Ciara Ann Montoya, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespassing.

Stewart Michael Hamby Jr., booked by Sumas Police Department for violating a restraining order and investigation of a fugitive warrant for a parole violation out of Sacramento, Calif.
