Village Books and the Lummi Youth Academy host Seattle author Sherman Alexie, who will talk about his new book, "Blasphemy: New & Selected Stories," a collection of his classic stories and new stories, at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, at Bellingham High School, 2020 Cornwall Ave.

Tickets, $5, are available at Village Books and Brown Paper Tickets. Doors open 6:15 p.m.; you must be seated by 6:50 p.m., as seats will be released at that time. Proceeds support Lummi Youth Academy.
