Sehome ranked No. 1 in boys' and girls' cross country state polls

The Sehome girls' and boys' cross country teams remained at the top spot in the Washington high school cross country coaches' poll which was released on Sunday, Oct. 14.

The Mariners are ranked No. 1 in Class 2A in the boys' and girls' polls. In the 2A boys' poll, Squalicum is ranked No. 2 followed by Bellingham at No. 3.

In the 2A girls' poll Bellingham is ranked No. 4.

In Class 1A boys, Meridian is ranked No. 5 followed by Lynden Christian at No. 6. Charles Wright Academy is ranked No. 1.

In Class 1A girls, Meridian is ranked No. 7 while Lynden Christian is No. 10. Mount Baker also received votes but is not ranked. Nine Mile Falls Lakeside is the top-ranked 1A girls' team.
