Western Washington University's Jack Kelly has been named the Red Lion/Great Northwest Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week for Oct. 7-13.

Kelly, a redshirt freshman, made his debut as a member of the Vikings' top five and tied for 15th place in the medalist standings at the Chico State Invitational.

Kelly opened with a 2-under par 70 and finished with two rounds of 75 for a 54-hole total of 220. That helped WWU place third among a field of 16 teams.
