I emailed the Bellingham mayor and public works regarding what I believe to be the unsafe condition of James Street from Woodstock to East Orchard Street and got referred from one office to another at Public Works and did not hear from the mayor's office.
The worst street in Bellingham will be in the same condition for years to come.
