Lynden drops match at Burlington-Edison

The Lynden boys' tennis team lost at Burlington-Edison 6-1 in Northwest Conference action Friday, Sept. 28.

The loss dropped the Lions to 5-5, 5-5 NWC while the Tigers improved to 7-4, 7-3 NWC.

Lynden's lone win came at No. 1 doubles as Luke Reardon and Toby Dalla Santa won 7-6 (5), 6-2.

"My No. 1 doubles team played a good second set." Lynden coach Trey Ballard said in a phone interview. "That was where we shined."
