The Whatcom Community College volleyball team lost 25-17, 25-10, 25-18 to Bellevue in an NWAACC North Division match on Wednesday, Sept. 26.

The Orcas dropped to 1-1 in the North while Bellevue improved to 3-0.

"We definitely started off really slow all three sets," Whatcom coach Jeff McDonald said in a phone interview. "They are a really tough team. We got to see where we are at with that match."

Alicia Ford had 10 digs and Libby Moore had nine kills to lead Whatcom.
