I believe Romney believes taxes are to be avoided if you are rich. If you are too poor to pay taxes, fie on you. It shows you that you are undeserving if you are too poor to be anointed by the enhanced.

How is he going to make all those jobs? If it is all private enterprise? How can the government make jobs unless you are willing to fix bridges, highways, sewers and the like -- those economies of scale, eh? He does not understand the over accumulation of capital - which is the reason why you need to redistribute income. You have to do a little creative thinking if you want to continue to have customers. It is also the reason that unions are so important for their members and other workers.

The Republican Party has forgotten the reason for welfare payments. It is not to help the poor but to manage the poor. Keep them calm, depressing the wage rate.
