The Lynden volleyball team lost at Anacortes 25-19, 25-19, 25-15 in Northwest Conference volleyball action Tuesday, Sept. 25.

The loss dropped the Lions to 3-3, 2-2 NWC.

"Anacortes is a strong team," Lynden coach Angie Dallas said in a phone interview. "Our kids played with them the first two games."

Brooke Bonsen, Kat Webb and Maddi Hommes each had six kills for the Lions. Jenna Bonsen had five digs while Brooke Bonsen had five digs and four aces.

The Lions next host Nooksack Valley on Thursday, Sept. 27.
