BELLINGHAM - Library patrons, don't be surprised if you get a call Tuesday, Sept. 25, from Bellingham Public Library representatives.
They said they'll do their best to reach a sampling of the nearly 1,000 people who, while filling out a library survey, said they'd be willing to field phone calls.
"It's thrilling to realize that people are eager to help us make good decisions about the future direction of the library," Library Director Pam Kiesner said in a news release. "But we will have to take a random sample to keep things practical."
The online survey was conducted June 15 to July 9 and garnered 3,363 responses.
The library will make calls 9 to 11 a.m. and 7 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday.
Read the survey results by going online to bellinghampubliclibrary.org and selecting "Library Board Reviews Survey Results."
