Ferndale boys' tennis loses at home to Burlington-Edison

The Ferndale boys' tennis team took a 7-0 Northwest Conference loss Friday, Sept. 21, at home to Burlington-Edison.

The only real battle for the Golden Eagles (0-7, 0-7) was in No. 1 doubles where the team of Taylor Walton and Rafe Stanage lost to Burlington-Edison's Kevin Eubanks and Kevin Kay 6-0, 7-6, 7-3. The Tigers improved to 5-3 overall and 4-3 in the NWC.

Ferndale hosts Sehome in an NWC contest at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24.
