Sehome falls in three to Anacortes in volleyball

Published: September 19, 2012

The Sehome volleyball team lost to Anacortes 17-25, 19-25, 23-25 in a Northwest Conference game on Tuesday, Sept. 18, at Anacortes.

"I thought we had some miscommunication early," Sehome coach Kristy White said in a phone interview. "We cleared it up in the end, though. Anacortes is a good team and they don't make many mistakes. It was hard for us if we got down to make any headway."

Sehome was lead by Katie Becker with nine kills, Taylor Lyall with eight kills and Megan Greer with 26 assists.

Sehome is now 2-2, 1-1 NWC and will play at home against Squalicum on Thursday, Sept. 20.
