The Chuckanut Radio Hour, a radio variety show sponsored by Village Books, hosts author T.C. Boyle, who'll discuss his new novel, "San Miguel," on Tuesday, Sept. 25, at Heiner Center Theater at Whatcom Community College, 231 W. Kellogg Road, Bellingham. The musical guest is Grammy-nominated composer and pianist David Lanz, who lives in Bellingham.
Also appearing are performance poet Kevin Murphy, Cascadia Weekly columnist Alan Rhodes, an episode of "The Bellingham Bean" serial radio comedy, hosts Chuck and Dee Robinson and announcer Rich Donnelly.
Boyle is the author of 14 novels, including New York Times bestseller "The Women" and most recently, "When the Killing's Done." He has won the prestigious PEN/Malamud Award for Excellence in the short story.
