Everyday I am becoming more and more confused by the American people. It amazes me to read that nearly 50 percent are satisfied with the direction the current leadership in our nation's capital has taken us. Satisfied that we are massively in debt and climbing rapidly toward the abyss and at a cost of nearly half of the country's income. On top of that, I believe we are creating a bloated, overbearing central government that is reaching into every part of our lives and has the power to imprison any of us, anytime, and without due process. Let's not forget the class warfare that has become a central theme woven into our new society. Combine that with all the special legal rights for anyone except those who believe in an America as it was, or an unborn child. Just to make sure this all keeps heading in the right direction it is particularly disheartening to see the enabling of our society as we're told that no individual actually creates anything and why try, the government does it all, therefore collectively progress is made, jobs are created, everything is rosy.
And this is just a small portion of what's happening in this country. Is this really what we want for our future?
