A section of Tenmile Road between Hannegan and Noon roads will be closed to all traffic during the day Tuesday, Sept. 18, for installation of a new culvert.

The closed section starts in the 1400 block of Tenmile. Crews will have the road closed between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. that day, according to Whatcom County Public Works.

No traffic, not even school buses or emergency vehicles, will be allowed through. A detour route will be in place.
