Shilo Aron Englert, booked by Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for making false statements to a public servant.

Anthony Allen Burr, booked by Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft and disorderly conduct.

Jessie Manuel Reta, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections warrant.
