Bekah Jensen led the Bellingham girls' cross country team to a second-place finish in a non-confrence meet at the Burlington Airport on Wednesday, Sept. 12.
Burlington-Edison won the meet with 22 points, Bellingham had 50, Sedro-Woolley had 61 and Blaine did not have enough participants to score.
Jensen finished with a time of 21 minutes, 34 seconds and earned fourth in the meet.
RaynJoy Norton from Burlington-Edison won the individual race with a time of 20:55.
Hillary Kiele ran a 22:46 to have the best time for the Borderites.
