Bellingham boys' cross country team wins four-school meet

The Bellingham boys' cross country team defeated Burlington-Edison, Blaine and Sedro-Woolley in a non-conference meet on Wednesday, Sept. 12, at Burlington Airport.

Bellingham scored 27 points, Burlington-Edison had 48, Blaine 67 and Sedro-Woolley 86.

Blaine's Tom Bradley finished first with a time of 16 minutes and 38 seconds.

Bellingham's top runner, Joe Charbonneau, finished third overall with a time of 17:13.

The Red Raiders' Paris Speidel, Simon Maguire and Brian Chmelik finished within a second of Charbonneau's time.
