On September 13th, 1917, a beautiful baby girl was born, her name was Patricia Maxwell. June of 1941, Patricia married Carl Withner and became Patricia Withner. Patricia went on to have 3 beautiful children, Dennis, Holly and Rika. Patricia is still beautiful and her children and family would be delighted to have you help us celebrate and honor Patricia for her 95th birthday. There will be an open house on Saturday, September 15th 2012 at Stafholt Care Center, 456 C Street in Blaine WA from 2 to 4 pm. Refreshments will be served, so please join us.
