3. Burlington-Edison (5): Tigers dual-threat offense impressive in opener.

4. Squalicum (4): Storm appears primed to make a move this year.

5. Mount Baker (6): Mountaineers have plenty to work on after victory.

6. Ferndale (7): All the new pieces fit in nicely for Golden Eagles.

7. Meridian (3): Don't write off Trojans after one loss to a bigger school.

8. Nooksack Valley (8): Lightning strikes twice with another Myhre at QB.

9. Friday Harbor (11): Wolverines certainly have the weapons to compete.

10. Lynden Christian (14): Lyncs turning the corner in coach's second year.

11. Sehome (9): Mariners have more bodies, now they need to work together.

12. Sedro-Woolley (10): Cubs replacing a lot of skill position players.

13. Bellingham (12): Injuries prevented Red Raiders from showing full firepower.

14. Anacortes (13): Seahawks showed very little offense in opener.
