Ronald Allen Steinbach, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of eluding law enforcement and first-degree malicious mischief.
Annette Marie Jones, booked by Whatcom County Jail for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.
