Bruce and Bettyanne Berry are celebrating their 50th anniversary. They were married Sept. 8, 1962 at Mason Methodist Church in Tacoma, WA. Bruce served in various administrative positions in Ferndale Schools including 27years as a principal. Bettyanne finished her career as a reading teacher. Two celebrations are planned – a family get-together and an Alaskan trip. Their four sons are Michael (Barrie), Timm (Cheryl), William (Wendy) and Jason (Donna). Grandchildren are Ryan Kay, Nina, Jillian, Finnigan, Samuel, Maxwell, A.J., Cece, Cameron and Conrad. They attribute their successful marriage to a loving family, supportive friends and colleagues, a sense of humor and vitamin supplements.
