Is our time really so precious that we would deny Canadians the opportunity to shop at Costco, Trader Joe's, restaurants, motels, gas stations and many other local establishments in Whatcom County? I am personally grateful that the Canadians are spending their dollars within Whatcom County, which in turn helps our own economy fiscally and also creates needed jobs, perhaps even investments, depending also on local attitudes. "Be careful what you wish for my fellow residents."
