Rick and Janet Congdon are happy to announce the marriage of their daughter Leah Congdon to Brent Coots, son of Michele Merrill and Randy Coots, on June 23, 2012, at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church in Bellingham. The couple met four years ago while working together at Premier. They are currently living in Bellingham.
