The six-day Northwest Washington Fair runs Monday, Aug. 13, through Saturday, Aug. 18, at the Northwest Washington Fair & Events Center, 1775 Front St., in Lynden, with draft-horse hitches, a demo derby, agricultural exhibits, a carnival and plenty of food booths.
The Oakridge Boys sing country and gospel at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 14; tickets are $29 for reserved seats. Chris Tomlin, a leading artist in contemporary Christian music, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 15; tickets are $33 for reserved seats.
Heart, a legendary Northwest rock band, will perform Aug. 16, and county singer Billy Currington sings at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 17. Tickets are $48 for reserved seats each for Heart and Currington.
Tickets to the performances include fair admission.
Gate admission is $10 adults, $8 for people 62 and older, $5 for kids 6-12, and free for children 5 and younger. Tickets are available at nwwafair.com, at the fair's Lynden office and by phone at 360-354-7777.
