Tom and Mary Lue Walstrom

Tom and Mary Lue Walstrom announce they will celebrate 60 years of marriage on August 5, 2012, with their family at Guiseppe's Restaurant in Bellingham. They were married in a ceremony at the Methodist Church on Broadway Street in Bellingham on August 1, 1951. They left Bellingham to learn a trade and raise a family of 5 kids, living at various places such as Springfield, Oregon to Anaconda, Montana, and points in between. Tom retired from 36 years of federal service in 1988. Tom and Mary Lue owned and operated Win's Drive-In for 26 years and retired in 2004. Their children are Kim Faye, Bellingham, Linda Hicks, Lynden, Kevin, Vancouver, WA, and Kristina Walstrom-Duncan, Rocklin, CA. A son, Richard, deceased in 1990. They have 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. They attribute their 60 years of marriage to a happy, joyful and loving fulfilled family life.
