The Blockbuster movie rental store inside the Barkley Haggen store is having a closing sale, which is expected to last into late August.

Movies on DVD and Blu-ray are being sold at discounted prices, as well as video games and toys.

It's the last Blockbuster store in Bellingham, according to the company's website. In Whatcom County, the only other Blockbuster store is in Lynden.

Remaining movie rental stores in Bellingham include Film is Truth, Crazy Mike's Video and Trek Video.
