Johnson's work on mound helps Post 7 A get win

The Post 7 single A legion baseball team beat Mason County 10-8 during the A State Tournament on Sunday, July 22, in Spokane.

Post 7 pitcher Brad Johnson got out of a bases loaded jam with no outs in the top of the fourth. Post 7 coach Caleb Christie said it was the key turning points in the game.

"I would say the biggest highlight of the game was when Brad Johnson came got out of a bases loaded jam," Christie said during a phone interview.

Davis Hampton went 2 for 3 with two RBI, and Kyle Little went 3 for 4 with an RBI. Johnson earned the win.

Post 7 will either play Woodinville or Walla Walla on Monday, July 23, in Spokane.
