The Rick Epting Foundation for the Arts hosts a summer fundraiser with Anacortes' Savage Jazz Band and Whatcom County's Sabrina y los Reyes at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 15, in an outdoor concert at the Heart of Anacortes, Fourth Street and O Avenue, in Anacortes. Skagit County percussionist Oscar De La Rosa will perform with both groups.

Suggested donation is $10. This year's event includes a silent auction. The all-volunteer nonprofit organization provides grants to local artists or musicians in memory of the Skagit County arts advocate who died in 2005. Epting was a founder of Mount Vernon's Lincoln Theatre and was instrumental in plans for McIntyre Hall.
