Brian Allen Davis, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of a fugitive warrant from Missouri.
Douglas Earl Sandstrom, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for first-degree driving with a suspended license.
Christopher Boyd Illman, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violating a protection order.
Jose Alejo Martinez-Flores, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and interfering with reporting domestic violence.
Debra Mae Noland, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of driving with a suspended license and disobeying a lawful order of the court.
Golden Eagle Hawk, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Martin Ray Grasher, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.
