How come war is not an issue in this campaign? After 11 straight years of war, it is not an issue to be discussed?
Unfortunately, I don't think your guy is any better than my guy on the issue.
President Eisenhower's prediction of the rise of the military-industrial complex has become all too true. Our beloved Boeing has installations in every state. Attack Boeing and you attack jobs and the flag. Pretty slick.
The deficit is a problem, but military spending isn't? Killing is not an issue? Sanctioned killing is not murder? Thou shalt not kill applies only to the individual as a means of social order? I think not.
The Supreme Court has annointed corporations to be individuals.
Methinks the greatest country on earth may have a few problems if it were to look at itself in the mirror, but the mirror has been put in the closet for this election. Those in control will not let us look at what they have made us.
Stop terrorism? Ha ha. We are the terrorists in the world. Stop bullying in the schools? I laugh. We are the bullies to the rest of the world. We will not vote on that.
Every president since Jimmie Carter has engaged us in war. The Republicans and Democrats both have bloody hands. Therefore, it cannot be an issue. Christian Nation? I think not. Not my kind of Christianity anyway. Is it yours? Thou shalt not kill. Period. It is issue No. 1.
