For 34 years, the family-friendly Harrison Festival of the Arts in the lakeside village of Harrison Hot Springs, B.C., has presented performing and visual art from around the world in a setting free of large crowds and high ticket prices.
This year's festival, running Friday, July 6, through July 15, features performances by Markus James & the Wassonrai, Cedric Watson & Bijou Creole and Mike Farris & the Cumberland Saints, plus a large outdoor art and craft market, workshops, a special day for children, a literary café and more.
