The 11th annual Blaine Jazz Festival kicks off Sunday, July 8, with a concert featuring Tacoma's Pearl Django and the festival faculty, and continues through July 14 with performance by faculty musicians, including Clipper Anderson, bass; Jon Mutchler, piano; Martin Kuuskmann, bassoon; Andy Marshall, choir; Greta Matassa, vocals; Christopher Woitach, guitar; and Greg Hopkins, trumpet.
