Drivers Chase Schmidt, Eric Drake, Hannah Lindquist and Jesse Schlotfeldt earned feature wins on an entertaining night of racing Friday, June 30, at Deming Speedway.

Schmidt earned a trip to the podium after grabbing a win in the 600 division. The young driver took advantage of race leader Liam Ryan's mechanical problems and took control of the lead on lap 17. No one could catch Schmidt, as Robie Price finished second and Derek Torkelson placed third.

Drake took first place in the 1200 division, winning the 25-lap race in wire-to-wire fashion. Steven Hendrickson placed second and Ryan took third.

Lindquist earned her first career Deming Speedway win racing in the 600 Restricted division. She battled and held off hard-charging Austin Sheridan and Chance Crum to earn the win.

Schlotfeldt won a wild race in the Kasey Kahne Junior Sprint main. He passed Sawyer Sorgenfrei on the 11th lap and took the checkered flag. Ashton Dial placed second and Tyson Lemley settled for third.
