Former Sehome standout and current Bellingham Bells shortstop Kai Hatch was selected first-team All-Great West Conference this spring.
Hatch, a junior shortstop for Utah Valley University, was one of three repeat selections on the team. Hatch batted .342 to help his team to league and conference tournament championships and an NCAA Division I-leading 47 wins this season, including a 32-game win streak - the third longest win streak in Division I history.
As if that weren't enough, Hatch also made the Capital One District 8 All-Academic Team with his 3.70 grade-point average.
