BELLINGHAM - The Bellingham Parks and Recreation Department is holding its winter rummage sale, featuring 25 families selling garage-sale items.
The sale will be from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 4, at Bloedel Donovan Community Building, 2214 Electric Ave.
Admission is free and open to the public.
