Fellow former Borderite Shayne Moore, a junior at UW, finished second in the 60 meter hurdles at the meet with a time of 8.33 seconds.

At College Station, Texas, former Sehome standout Mason McHenry just missed the automatic NCAA qualifying time in the men's 800 when he ran a 1:47.30. McHenry is a senior at Arizona State University.
