Melissa and Lanning "Lanny" Nyhus married Aug. 23, 2011, at Lairmont Manor, Fairhaven. The couple met growing up on Bainbridge Island and began dating when they moved to Bellingham for college. Melissa's parents and grandparents were also married on Aug. 23. The couple share their vows:
