Daughters of American Revolution to meet

Betty Bell Norton will be the featured speaker at the Thursday meeting of the Columbia River Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Her topic will be Mary "Polly" Hawkins Craig and her husband Talifaro "Toliver" Craig, including the Aug. 15-17, 1782, siege of Bryan's Station near Lexington, Ky.

The program starts at noon at Tri-Tech Skills Center, 5929 W. Metaline Ave., Kennewick.
