  SUDDEN VALLEY - A 10-year-old boy died at Harborview Medical Center Tuesday evening, Jan. 10, from injuries he suffered during an apparent accidental hanging at his home in Sudden Valley the day before.

  Caleb Kors, a budding street and circus performer who often busked at the Bellingham Farmers Market, was airlifted to the Seattle hospital Monday after he was injured at the family's home on North Summit Drive.

  Kors, under his stage name "Flip," performed acrobatics and juggling tricks with the Bellingham Circus Guild.

  SUDDEN VALLEY - The death of a 10-year-old boy hanged at his home in Sudden Valley was ruled an accident Thursday evening, Jan. 12.

  Caleb Kors, a budding circus and street performer, died two days earlier at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle from brain damage caused by a lack of oxygen, according to the King County Medical Examiner's Office.

  BELLINGHAM - In 10 short years, budding street performer Caleb Kors grew into a real showman, a wunderkind whose life touched hundreds of people.

  "I'd have people come up to me in the market," said his mother, Melanie Kors. "They'd tell me, 'I just had the most deep, intellectual and spiritual conversation with your child. Do you realize you have something special?' And I'd say, 'Oh yes, I do.'"
