Century 21 Exposition - better known as the Seattle World's Fair - opened on April 21, 1962.

The mark the event's upcoming 50th anniversary, The Bellingham Herald invites Whatcom County residents to share their photographs and remembrances of the fair.

Photos and recollections can be sent to Dean Kahn at dean.kahn@bellinghamherald.com, or brought to the Herald Building, 1155 N. State St.

Photo prints also can be brought to the Herald, to be scanned and returned later. Images and stories become the property of The Herald.
