The Whatcom Community College men's soccer team got a late goal from Andy Mihovilovich to get a 1-0 victory over visiting Columbia Basin on Wednesday, Nov. 9, in the first round of the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges playoffs.

Mihovilovich scored in the 79th minute off an assist from Tai Song for the game's only goal.

The Orcas (7-5-2) move on to the quarterfinals and will face South Division champion Chemeketa in a 1 p.m. game on Saturday, Nov. 12, at North Salem High School.
