Workshop in Lynden to focus on customer service

Bob Pritchett of Logos Bible Software and Wes Herman of The Woods Coffee will give a presentation about delivering customer service locally, nationally and around the world.

The presentation is part of a workshop put together by the Lynden Chamber of Commerce and Western Washington University's Center for Economic Vitality. The free workshop is from 8 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Nov. 10, at Dutch Mothers Restaurant, 405 Front St., in Lynden.

The workshop also will cover how businesses can use surveys to improve customer service.
