Erin Runciman, an employee of Veca, is to be married to Kevin P Ryan, an employee of RCG Strategies Inc.
Ms. Runciman, daughter of Pam and Jim Runciman, was proposed to at Stevens Pass View Point where she accepted. They spent the weekend in Leavenworth with friends, returning home to share the news with daughters Karmi and Abigail.
