A fire near Grand Mound burned a single-wide mobile home, at least one vehicle and the brush surrounding the home Monday afternoon, according to Thurston County dispatchers.
The fire was reported in the 5500 block of 183rd Avenue Southwest, adjacent to Interstate 5. The response briefly closed a lane of southbound I-5 near Exit 90, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The fire was contained about 3:30 p.m.
